ROP-12A oil pump installation instructions:
1. The quality of pump installation has a very important impact on the smooth operation and service life of the pump, so the installation and alignment work must be carried out carefully and must not be done carelessly.
2. The installation height, length and pipe diameter of the pump suction pipe shall meet the calculated values, strive to be short, reduce unnecessary losses (such as elbows, etc.); and ensure that the pump does not exceed its allowable cavitation margin during operation.
3. The suction and discharge pipelines shall be provided with supports. The pump shall not bear the load of the pipelines.
4. The location where the pump is installed shall be spacious enough to facilitate maintenance work.
ROP-12A oil pump installation sequence:
1. Place the unit on the foundation embedded with anchor bolts, and use paired wedge pads between the base and the foundation for alignment.
2. Loosen the coupling, place the level on the pump shaft and the base respectively, adjust the wedge pads to align the unit horizontally, and tighten the anchor bolts properly to prevent movement.
3. Align the concentricity of the pump shaft and the motor shaft. The allowable deviation on the outer circle of the coupling is 0.1 mm; the gap between the two coupling planes shall be 2~4 mm (small pumps take the smaller value). The gap shall be uniform, with an allowable deviation of 0.3 mm.
4. After connecting the pipelines and confirming the rotation direction of the motor, connect the coupling, and then check the concentricity of the shaft again.
5. After the unit is actually tested for 2~3 hours, conduct a final inspection. If there are no abnormal phenomena, the installation is considered qualified. Check the bearing temperature and vibration during the test run as follows
6. During the installation process, to prevent debris from falling into the machine, all holes of the unit shall be covered.
7. To prevent debris in the pipelines from entering the pump, a filter shall be installed at the pump glue for the newly installed pipelines, and its effective cross-section shall be 2~3 times larger than that of the suction pipe.
The maintenance of the ROP-12A oil pump shall pay attention to the following aspects:
1. Water will corrode the oil pump, so substances containing water are prohibited from being used for vacuum pumping with the oil pump.
2. For substances containing a large amount of solvents, first remove most of the solvents in an oven before using the oil pump for vacuum pumping.
3. Use the vacuum pump in the correct order to prevent back-siphoning.
4. After using the vacuum oven, be sure to clean it thoroughly and wipe the glass window of the vacuum oven clean.
5. Wipe off the surface anti-rust oil.
6. Remove the anti-rust oil in the governor cavity and the fuel injection pump cavity, and add lubricating oil of the specified grade.
7. The anti-rust oil in the fuel pipeline should also be removed before use. Connect the fuel to the fuel injection pump pipeline, and continuously rotate the fuel injection pump camshaft until the clean fuel is sprayed out from the outlet valve tight seat.
8. Select fuel reasonably.
9. Must use fuel with appropriate grade. Generally, use No. 0 diesel in summer and -10 light diesel in winter.
10. The fuel used must be clean and free of any impurities and moisture.
Equipment cleaning
Keeping the shell of the ROP-12A oil pump and its surrounding environment clean is the top priority of daily maintenance. Regularly remove dust, oil stains and other pollutants on the surface of the equipment to prevent them from affecting the heat dissipation performance and working accuracy of the equipment. For the operation panel of the equipment, it should be wiped frequently to keep the indicator signs and buttons clearly visible, so that the operator can accurately identify and operate them.
Lubricating oil management
The lubrication system must be kept normal. Regularly check the lubricating oil level of the equipment to ensure that the oil level is within the normal range. At the same time, replace the lubricating oil regularly and clean the oil tank to keep the lubrication system clean. For different types of mechanical equipment, use lubricating oil that meets the regulations to avoid equipment damage caused by improper use.
Component inspection
In daily work, carefully inspect the key components of the ROP-12A oil pump. If components are found to be worn, cracked, deformed or have other problems, they shall be replaced or repaired in time. In addition, regularly check the fasteners of the equipment to ensure that there is no loosening, so as to prevent accidents during the operation of the equipment.
